It’s a 15 minute call where you share a little about what's going on, I tell you about how I work, and we have an honest conversation about whether this feels like the right fit. If it does, we'll get you scheduled. If it doesn't, I'll do my best to point you somewhere that might be a better match.

Here's what the consultation call actually looks like.

I specialize in religious trauma, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and OCD. I believe you can't lead someone through a place you haven't been yourself. So I've done my own work. And I keep doing it.

If any of that resonates, I'd love to connect.

HI, I’M BROCK

HI, I’M BROCK

That's exactly what the consultation call is for. You don't have to figure it out before you reach out. Tell me what's going on and we'll figure out together where to start — whether that's religious trauma therapy, OCD treatment, KAP, or some combination.

How do I know which service is right for me?

I don't take insurance. Sessions are $150 for 50 minutes, and KAP sessions are $450 each. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call before you commit to anything, and payment plans are available for KAP.

Do you take insurance?

Yes — I see clients in person in Chandler, Arizona and virtually across the state. KAP sessions are in-person only. Preparation and integration sessions for KAP can be done virtually.

Do you offer online sessions?

Reach out and we'll figure out availability together. The best way to get a sense of timing is to schedule the consultation call. From there we can look at what works for both of us.

How quickly can I get started?

That's a completely valid place to be. The consultation call is a good way to dip your toe in without committing to anything. A lot of people who weren't sure ended up being really glad they made the call.

What if I'm not sure therapy is right for me?

My current focus is individual therapy. If you're looking for couples therapy, I'm happy to point you toward someone who might be a good fit.

Do you work with couples or just individuals?
